I read about an experiment where a mice had electrodes planted in the pleasure centers of the brain and could activate them by pushing a button. The mice pushed the button until it fell from exaustion. That reminded me of gamblers who loose thousands or sometimes millions of dollars pushing the spin button until the money runs out.
